The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump technology. Its characteristics are:
The FZB pump body adopts a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and the overcurrent part is made of fluoroplastic alloy. The pump cover, impeller, etc. are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an advanced external corrugated pipe mechanical seal. The static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring is filled with PTFE filling material, which has excellent corrosion and wear resistance sealing performance.
The most prominent feature of the FZB series self-priming pump is its self-priming function, which can pump liquids below the installation position of the pump. It has stable performance, simple operation, and only needs to be filled with liquid before the first use of the pump. After the second and subsequent uses, there is no need to fill liquid and the pump can be turned on directly. The self-priming height can be determined within 2 to 4 meters according to the medium density, making it the best choice and ideal equipment to replace submersible pumps.
The FZB self-priming pump adopts the most advanced external PTFE corrugated pipe mechanical seal, which has multiple layers of protection and extends the service life of the mechanical seal. When transporting media containing impurity particles, it can be equipped with a single end hard to hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water. Therefore, when selecting, users need to consider the solid content in the medium and choose according to their actual working conditions.
The inlet and outlet of FZB pump are all reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. Practical use has shown that FZB self-priming pumps have the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, non aging, stable operation, high mechanical strength, reasonable and advanced structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
